SIPTECH has evolved a mature Quality Management System that spans across all function of the organization. The corporate goals and business objectives translate in to performance and quality goals for individuals, departments and functions, by applying Balance Scorecard. The performance and quality objectives are subsequently monitored through metrics collection and analysis.
