K C Raghunathan - Chairman 
K C Raghunathan has over 35 years of global business experience in manufacturing industries. He was responsible for identifying IT as a growth area and was instrumental in making SIP Group venture into IT segment in 1995. Currently he is the Chairman and Managing Director of SIP Industries Ltd. (SIPIL) and continues to actively participate in SIPTECH growth plan as its chairman. 

K C Sukumar - Managing Director 
K C Sukumar (KCS) is the Managing Director of SIPTECH and has been instrumental in SIPTECH's growth. He has over 30 years of experience in building businesses and growing companies. KCS continues to play an active role in strategy formulation and managing key customer relationships for SIPTECH. Apart from business, his other passion is golf. 

V Selvakumar - Senior Manager (Finance) and Company Secretary 
V Selvakumar, Sr. Manager – Finance and Company Secretary has over 13 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Secretarial, Audit and Taxation. Selva holds a Master Degree in Commerce, memberships in “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India”, “The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India” and “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India”. Prior to Joining SIPTECH he was with Scientific Publishing Services, a Global leader in STM publishing, where he was heading Finance and Secretarial department for more than 8 years.

Selva is currently heading Finance and Secretarial departments in SIPTECH.

R Dhanasekaran - Associate Vice President 
Dhana has over 18 years of experience in product engineering and project management at offshore development centers. Dhana has led several Test Compatibility Kit (TCK), Compatibility Test Suite (CTS) and functional test development projects for enterprise technologies like CORBA, JTA, JDBC, and J2EE tools for various releases of J2EE and J2SE of the Java Software division of Sun Microsystems, Inc., USA. He was also instrumental in the initial build-up of the teams for major accounts like Zaplet, a developer of Collaborative Business Process Management software and for one of the Wireless Handset majors. Prior to joining SIPTECH, Dhana has led the reengineering effort of a leading hospitality front office product of the UK based subsidiary of Aremissoft. Dhana holds a graduate degree in Electronics Engineering, is currently heading the Delivery at SIPTECH, and focuses on initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and support business development functions.

S Nausheen Athar - Manager (Quality) 
Nausheen is an Electronics Engineer with a Masters in Computer Applications and a MBA in Information Technology. She has extensive experience covering development and quality roles. During her tenure at SIPTECH, she has managed several projects covering diverse technologies and lifecycles and with clients / groups spanning across multiple locations. Nausheen has also played a critical role in SIPTECH's Quality journey. Being a Certified Software Quality Analyst, a certified Internal Quality Auditor and SCAMPI Appraisal Team Member, she has managed QMS compliance, certification and improvement efforts.
